3. Using Afterpay with The ContractHer

Afterpay is a 'buy now, pay later' service that allows customers to make purchases and pay for them in four equal, interest-free installments. By selecting Afterpay at checkout, you agree to the following terms:

3.1 Customer's Responsibility

Payment Terms: You will be required to make the first installment at the time of purchase, with three additional installments due every two weeks.
On-Time Payments: Ensure payments are made on time as per Afterpay's schedule to avoid late fees. Any late fees incurred are your responsibility and will be payable directly to Afterpay.
Afterpay Account Management: All payments and account management, including checking payment schedules, is handled directly through Afterpay. You are responsible for managing your account with Afterpay and ensuring sufficient funds are available for scheduled payments.

3.2 The ContractHer's Responsibility

Product/Service Fulfillment: Upon receiving confirmation of your Afterpay payment, The ContractHer will process your order per standard fulfillment timelines.
Afterpay Terms Compliance: We adhere to Afterpay’s guidelines to ensure that all information provided on our website is accurate and reflective of the service terms.

3.3 Limitations and Restrictions

Afterpay payments are subject to approval by Afterpay. The ContractHer is not responsible for declined payments or other issues arising from Afterpay’s processes.
Any issues related to Afterpay payment or account management should be addressed directly with Afterpay.

4. Using Klarna with The ContractHer

Klarna offers several flexible payment options, including 'Pay in 4 installments' or 'Pay Later'. When you select Klarna as your payment method, you agree to the following terms:

4.1 Customer's Responsibility

Payment Options: Klarna’s payment options, including installment plans, vary based on your eligibility. Please review Klarna’s terms and conditions and select the best plan for you.
Timely Payments: You are responsible for making payments as scheduled in your Klarna account. Klarna may charge late fees for missed payments, which are your responsibility to pay directly to Klarna.
Account Management: All payment management and account details are handled through Klarna’s platform. You are responsible for reviewing your payment schedule, available in the Klarna app or at Klarna’s website, and ensuring sufficient funds are available.

4.2 The ContractHer's Responsibility

Order Processing: Upon payment confirmation from Klarna, The ContractHer will fulfill your order in accordance with our standard processing times.
Compliance with Klarna's Terms: We follow Klarna’s brand and usage guidelines to accurately communicate Klarna payment options to our customers.

4.3 Limitations and Restrictions

Klarna’s approval process and eligibility requirements are independent of The ContractHer. We cannot influence Klarna’s approval decisions.
Any issues regarding payment schedules, fees, or account access should be addressed directly with Klarna.
