The ContractHer® is a registered trademark and may not be used, copied, or reproduced in any manner without written authorization. By accessing or using our website, courses, memberships, workshops, or community spaces, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Membership Access

Access to courses, resources, and community spaces is based on your membership tier.

Free members receive access to the community only. Paid members receive access to course content and resources for as long as their subscription is active.

If your plan is canceled or payment lapses, access will immediately end.
2. Use of Content & Trademark

All content—including videos, guides, downloads, workshops, and community materials—is for personal use only.

Sharing, copying, or redistributing content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Login credentials are for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred.

The ContractHer® trademark, logo, and brand identity are the property of The ContractHer LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. In-Person Workshops

Workshop registration is final once purchased. Seats are limited and non-transferable unless approved by The ContractHer LLC.

No refunds are issued for missed classes. If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer to a future class if space allows.

Safety protocols must be followed at all times. The ContractHer LLC is not responsible for injuries due to misuse of tools or failure to follow safety instructions.
4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Membership fees and class fees are non-refundable once access or participation is granted.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will stop future charges but does not refund the current billing cycle.

The ContractHer LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Current members will be notified in advance of any changes.
5. Course Updates & Availability

New courses and resources are released on a monthly drip schedule for active members.

Content may be updated, revised, or removed at any time to reflect new information, tools, or best practices.

We are not responsible for downtime due to technical issues beyond our control.
6. Technical Requirements

A computer is strongly recommended for the best course experience. Some features may not display properly on mobile devices.

Members are responsible for maintaining internet access and updated browsers to ensure smooth functionality.
7. Community Guidelines

The ContractHer Collective is a respectful, supportive space.

Members agree not to engage in harassment, hate speech, spam, or unauthorized promotion.

Any violation of these guidelines may result in suspension or removal without refund.
8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and course material are the property of The ContractHer LLC and protected under copyright and trademark law.

The ContractHer® name, logo, and brand may not be used without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability

DIY projects, renovations, and tool use involve inherent risks. By participating in our courses, workshops, or community, you agree that The ContractHer LLC is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur from applying the skills, techniques, or advice provided.

While we strive to keep information accurate, current, and reflective of common safety practices and building codes, requirements vary by state, municipality, and country. Each member is responsible for verifying local laws, permits, and regulations before beginning any project.

Advice or guidance shared by other members comes from diverse experiences and locations. It is your responsibility to apply common sense and evaluate whether the information is appropriate for your project and location.

Certain work—including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural changes—may require a licensed professional in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for consulting licensed contractors, electricians, plumbers, or other certified professionals as required by law.

Participation in The ContractHer Collective does not replace professional training, certification, or licensure in any trade. Members accept full responsibility for minimizing risks, ensuring safe practices, and complying with local authorities.
10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions, without refund.

We may also terminate accounts for non-payment or misuse of content.
11. Privacy

12. Updates to Terms
