Return Policy for DIY Classes
We’re excited you're considering joining a workshop at The ContractHer LLC. Please review the following class-specific policies before registering:
Refund Policy
All deposits and payments for classes are non-refundable. We understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise. Whenever possible, The ContractHer LLC will make every effort to accommodate participants. However, because each workshop requires extensive planning, materials, staffing, and preparation tailored to confirmed enrollment, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Rescheduling Policy
Participants may request to transfer their enrollment to a future class, subject to availability, provided the reschedule occurs within ninety (90) days of the originally scheduled class.

If all classes within that timeframe are sold out, The ContractHer LLC will work in good faith to find a suitable date beyond ninety (90) days that accommodates the participant’s schedule.

Only one reschedule is permitted per enrollment.

All reschedule requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the class start date.
No-Show Policy
Participants who do not attend their scheduled class and did not submit a reschedule request within the allowed timeframe will forfeit their enrollment and will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
Cancellation by The ContractHer LLC
In the rare event that The ContractHer LLC must cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances—such as instructor illness, facility issues, emergencies, or other extenuating factors—every effort will be made to provide an alternate date that works for the affected participants.

If a suitable reschedule cannot be agreed upon, a full refund will be issued.
